VeriSM is a new approach that defines a model to help organizations successfully merge the many management practices, emerging technologies, organizational resources and environments with the core elements of Service Management. There have been a lot of questions about what VeriSM is, and what it is not. On February 13th, itSMF USA is holding a Webinar so the authors can answer the top ten questions about VeriSM.

Then join us in Dallas in person, on February 15th, to learn about the power of the VeriSM Model and how it can be used to improve your Service Management Capabilities! Is VeriSM the next “flavor” of Service Management? Absolutely not! It is a fundamental change of perspective. Organizations require secure, high quality, risk-mitigated, and economically feasible services, which are provided by traditional practices. That capability must blend with a model addressing those practices from an appropriate perspective – welcome to Service Management for the Digital Age!

Suzanne Van Hove's presentation will cover how and why VeriSM it came about, it's elements, its Service Management perspective, and its impact on other best practices, standards and frameworks. Then she'll explain the VeriSM Model and the concepts behind the model. Finally, she'll hold a discussion around why and how VeriSM can be used in an organization to improve its Service Management capabilities.
