Hello,

In the last MN LIG on 11/15 (Trials and Tribulation of Configuration Management - Panel Discussion) there was mention of ServiceNow's London release providing a more streamlined picture of how to create and organize your Business Services. Unsure if anyone recalls that or can point me to that information? I cannot seem to locate it.

Thanks in advance!
