Topic: "You Can't Get There From Here Unless you Know Where Here Is"; Using TIPA to Drive CSI.

Wondering how your organization’s process compares with others in the same industry? Tudor’s ITSM Process Assessment (TIPA) is a vendor-neutral, open source ITIL assessment methodology based upon the ISO 15504 industry standard for maturity assessments. Using TIPA any organization can advance their process maturity rapidly and inexpensively.

Jeb McIntyre has over 15 years of experience in implementing ITIL processes. He was the first certified TIPA Lead Assessor in the United States. He is an ITIL Expert and Service Manager, and holds all intermediate ITIL certifications as well. In addition he is a CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor). He is formerly the Vice President of Third Sky Inc., a firm exclusively dedicated to IT Service Management.
