“Cornerstone Service Management with Service Management Dynamix”

Agile practices and the DevOps movement were born to address the ‘need for speed’ – continuous deployment and short cycle times.  Many organizations are struggling to adapt current service management practices to fit this business-driven need. 

 

Your Ohio Valley service management tribe is rising to the challenge!  Join us as we bring two world renowned simulations to Cincinnati so we can dive in and learn how these practices can be adopted and adapted to make your service management program better/faster/stronger!

 

Simulationsbring to life behavioral and process issues faced by organizationsby immersing participants inrealisticscenarios.  Each hands-on workshopfacilitates understanding of best practicesolutions andtransforms learning into an engaging and fun experience.

 

Each unique workshop is designed to equip participants with skills to help overcome challenges facing organizations today. 

 

In “The Phoenix Project” (based on the best-selling book) participants learn how to:

 

Apply DevOps principles in a real life situation

Balance the need to meet SLA requirements while delivering IT projects according to plan

 Increase efficiency and effectiveness

 Create better flow and reduce bottlenecks

 Develop staff skills to act in a DevOps environment

 Engage customers in making IT Projects more successful

 

In “Challenge of Egypt” participants learn how to:

 Create Customer Value in a dynamic environment

Apply AGILE principles and processes

Work together in a team focused on running an Agile project

 

Seating WILL be limited in each session.

 

Simulation Facilitators:

   

Suresh GP is the Managing Director of TaUB Solutions Pte Ltd Singapore.  He is the Regional Leader for APAC with Business Relationship Management Institute (BRMI).  As an Evangelist for Agile and DevOps practices, Suresh delivers business simulations across the globe to transform theory into practice. He is a Certified Agile Service Manager, DevOps practitioner, ITIL V3 Expert, BRMP, PMP, CGEIT professional.

 

Suresh is an internationally acclaimed speaker and blogger.

   

LJ 'Butch' Sheets has over 39 years experience in IT and has been involved with IT Service Management since 1997. He is an ITIL Expert with experience consulting and educating a variety of organizations on Service Management frameworks and methodologies. Butch has shared his experiences in IT at a number of itSMF USA's Conferences, including Fusion16. Butch is an itSMF USA member, past board member, and a Lifetime Achievement Award recipient.

   

With better than 35 years of experience in IT, Keith brings the versatility derived from working and participating in a variety of industries, including Manufacturing, Banking/Finance, Catholic Health Care, and Customer Care. A partner and fully accredited instructor and consultant, with Service Management Dynamix, Keith's varied background allows him to share real and practical experiences, while his dynamic presentation skills aid in helping customers absorb the concept of ITSM and other complementary frameworks and methodologies.

   

Lisa Hodges is an entrepreneur, international speaker, and Owner/Principal Consultant of Cornerstone Service Management. She is a process improvement evangelist with 20+ years of experience in project and service management, and holds certifications including PRINCE2® Practitioner, PMP®, ITIL Expert™, CPDE® - Certified Process Design Engineer, and COBIT5.

 

Lisa is actively involved in professional organizations including PMI – Project Management Institute, HDI, and itSMF USA, where she is a regular speaker at local and national events and holds numerous leadership roles.
